A three piece set by English designer MARGARET HOWELL. Two of the pieces (a camisole and skirt) are made from a matching champagne coloured satin with a large floral pattern, and the third (a sheer, long sleeve blouse designed to be worn over the camisole) is made from a sheer, burgundy chiffon. This makes the set very versatile, as each piece can be worn separately, the skirt and camisole can be worn together as a matching two piece, or all three can be worn together with the addition of the chiffon blouse adding some layering to the ensemble. The design details are kept simple, to highlight the intricate printed material, with some darts and panels used for shaping, self fabric straps for the camisole, a side zip opening for the skirt, and back button placket for the sheer blouse.
